Welcome to HealthCare First | NB — A new political party for New Brunswick.
For years, thousands of New Brunswickers have lobbied, written letters, and made presentations to successive governments — yet meaningful change has not come.
So what’s the answer?
It’s time for new leadership. It’s time to replace the current government with people committed to fixing our healthcare system.
While healthcare is our top priority, our platform also addresses critical issues like education and housing.
We won’t pretend there are easy solutions — especially given the financial challenges our province faces. But we are building a team of dedicated members who are ready to take action and start moving New Brunswick in the right direction.

Let’s fix our broken New Brunswick healthcare system!
Starting a single-issue provincial party may seem bold—but it’s grounded in reality. When an issue becomes urgent enough, people respond—and that’s exactly where we are today.
Our healthcare system is not just strained—it is failing too many New Brunswickers. Years of reports, funding announcements, and political promises have come and gone, yet the core problems remain. No level of government has been willing to take on the structural changes needed to truly fix it.
That’s where we come in.
Healthcare First | NB is a provincial political party built around one central belief: healthcare must come first. While we recognize the many challenges facing our province, nothing is more important than ensuring people can access timely, reliable medical care.
Without that foundation, every other priority falls behind. A healthy population is essential to a strong and growing province.
At the same time, we understand healthcare does not exist in isolation. New Brunswick faces deeper structural challenges:
• We are one of the poorest provinces in Canada
• Our government is the province’s largest employer
• Our economy is heavily dependent on federal transfer payments
That model is not sustainable.
If national economic conditions shift, New Brunswick could face serious consequences. We need to strengthen our economy, attract new industry, and build a province that can support both long-term economic growth and a resilient healthcare system.
We are not entering politics just to participate—we are here to push for real change.
We need to form government to make an immediate impact. With enough public support, Healthcare First NB can influence outcomes across the province and force meaningful healthcare reform onto the political agenda.
Because at the end of the day, this isn’t about politics.
It’s about people.
Care can’t wait—and neither can we.
